Child Safety Standards
Our commitment
Capsify has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and any content or behavior that endangers minors. Capsify prohibits the upload, sharing, or solicitation of any such material on the platform.
Our Terms of Service explicitly forbid this conduct, and accounts found in violation are terminated immediately and permanently. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and report incidents to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and equivalent authorities in other jurisdictions as legally required.
Prevention
- Our Terms of Service prohibit all forms of CSAE and CSAM.
- The app is age-rated 13+ and is not directed at children under 13.
- Accounts are tied to a verified email address, and all activity is logged for review.
- Suspected violations are escalated immediately to our moderation contact.
How to report
If you encounter content or behavior on Capsify that you believe may involve a child being harmed, exploited, or endangered, report it immediately:
- In-app: open the item or profile, tap the menu (long-press or "…"), and choose Report. Select the category that best describes the concern. Reports are routed to our safety team and reviewed within 24 hours.
- By email: write to support@capsify.app with the subject line "Child Safety Concern" and include the user, capsule, or content link if possible. We respond within 24 hours.
How we respond
- All reports are reviewed by a human within 24 hours.
- Confirmed violations result in immediate content removal and permanent account termination.
- Where CSAM is identified, we preserve evidence per legal requirements and submit reports to NCMEC (or local equivalents) without delay.
- We cooperate with law enforcement subpoenas and lawful requests.
